How to ruin someone's life & business, buy their property, destroy it, then build a Condo Flipping Scam, ruining your local City....
1)You don't need anyone to support your condo flipping scam monstrosity that will ruin a nice peaceful area...(you only need objections- which don't come from peaceful types...so don't worry)
2)Throw garbage on the property, landowners hate this, it depresses them & they build desire in their hearts to sell & move...
3)Hire some pre-teens to spray paint erect penises with testicles & the words "City Dick" on doors of a building, get them also to dump huge amounts of liquid paint onto the sidewalk in the form of (note: this one really works if the owner has young impressionable children & male teenagers who are confused- this is not intended to say that homosexuality is bad, merely that if you are targeting people who clearly are not because they have children it really upsets them)-Gay Pride Rainbow symbology (which loves to trash downtown neighborhoods with half-naked leather clad men stripping , drinking heavily, smoking cannabis and rally encouraging anal sex between men-at night-hard to catch graffiti artists, also try to get them to spray paint anti-Japanese Canadian comments on main white walls of building that can be seen from the street...
4)Target tenants on the property who are women, children, cats, trees, flowers- hide their electrical bill so it doesn't get paid & they can't take a shower...Stealing mail from single alone women is easy, especially from older style houses...
5)get food delivery people to defecate in blue boxes...that always upsets tenants...
6)bring your animals to the property & let them defecate & piss, but don't pick the feces up...
7)renovate your kitchen, replace the tiles, then dump your used tiles on the daycare propery line, just close enough so the detritus looks terrible...
8)drive too fast on the street, drive often, almost hit people but don't- this will make owners & tenants feel unsafe...(park in front of property, always...really bugs owners, tenants...
9)Get insiders to work at owner's company, have laptops go missing & file many times for insurance claims...Keep stealing large items from the company unnoticed until the business loses time & money & hope & feels unhappy...
10)Buy the property at a low low low price...Destroy all buildings...Build a huge ridiculous Condominium Development, FLIP CONDOS THUS SCAMMING LOCALS OUT OF PERSONAL SAVINGS...Disappear to some estate farm in the country- retire, a wealthy SCUMBAG...

Your comment doesn't seem to reflect this...I am NOT encouraging people to do any of the things mentioned, I am reporting on the vicious misdeeds of new property owners as they try to evict tenant renters still renting on the property that was sold...All of the above happened, & is quite illegal...not to mention unethical...

This comment from www.Kikidu.de was the first comment that really understood the premise of the post & then contributed a new & thoughtful addition as to how commercial tenants lose their business & commercial landlords can re-takeover the property, jack up rents, or sell or demolish to build more high rise tenement apartment buildings too quickly so the concrete will crack in 10 years because they were built too quickly...Bravo Kikidu.De !!! Yes, this really happened...They have torn her house down now & in fact today started digging to build a condominium sales centre on her property...They are planning a 28 story building on a piece of land that previously only had two story buildings allowed...Somehow "BYLAW AMENDMENTS" seem to be the catchy way of saying developers are greasing the palms of city councils...We fought to help our neighbour get some relocation money, &, based on the equivalent of a book's worth of a writing to various departments, speeches at City Council meetings & various other lobbying including telling all our neighbours- she was able to get the developer to give her 15 thousand dollars to relocate...I suggest if anyone else is being evicted or kicked out in this manner, to do the same, & ask for MONEY if they want you to leave so bad...15 Thousand was not really enough, but it is a start...She still has not found a new home for herself & her 5 cats...But at least we can sleep nights knowing she has enough to keep herself off the streets until she does find a home...(she agreed to leave exactly December 31st, 2009 at midnight in order to get the money...We, my husband & I, (and others) helped that night lifting boxes & furniture into a rent-all truck...What a mess!)
